We’re thrilled to share a photo showing our beautiful new windows just installed throughout our facility. This was made possible thanks to the incredible generosity of our donors and supporters.
The old windows, damaged by storms and worn by time, have been completely replaced with more energy-efficient, secure windows that fill our treatment rooms and common areas with natural light.
This improvement means not just aesthetic enhancement, but also lower energy costs… and less dust and other damaging elements.
It also represents our commitment to providing a welcoming, comfortable environment for every patient who walks through our doors. Your investment in our infrastructure directly translates to better care for our community.
Save the Date: Annual Health Fair.
Saturday, January 31, 2026
Mark your calendars! Our annual Health Fair is returning, and we couldn’t be more excited to serve our community with free health screenings, educational resources, and wellness activities for the whole family.
This year’s Health Fair plans to feature:
- Free blood pressure and diabetes screenings
- Vision and hearing tests
- Health education booths
- Dental assessments/extractions
- Children’s activities and resources
- Information about our ongoing services
More details about specific times, activities, and how to volunteer will be shared in the coming months. This event embodies the spirit of community care that Roberto Clemente himself championed – bringing healthcare directly to the people who need it most.
Remembering Gustavo Ibarra: A Heart That Served Others
It is with heavy hearts that we remember and honor Gustavo Ibarra, our beloved Operations Director and Pharmacist, who passed away this past spring following complications from a heart condition. Gustavo dedicated years of his life to ensuring our clinic ran smoothly and that every patient received the medications and care they needed.
Those who worked alongside Gustavo knew him as someone who approached every challenge with quiet determination and genuine care for others.
Gustavo understood that healthcare is about more than treating symptoms; it’s about treating people with dignity, respect, and compassion. His legacy lives on in the systems he helped build, the relationships he fostered, and the countless lives he touched through his dedication to our mission.
We continue to honor Gustavo’s memory with this plaque, and by planting a Ceiba tree. His family remains in our thoughts and prayers, and we are forever grateful for the years of service he gave to our clinic and community.
Looking Forward Together
The Roberto Clemente Health Clinic continues to serve as a beacon of hope and healing, just as Roberto Clemente himself served as an inspiration both on and off the baseball field. Thank you for being part of our extended family and for your continued support of our mission.
With gratitude,
The Roberto Clemente Health Clinic Team
