In Nicaragua, we have our local team (directors of division, doctors, nurses, administrator, maintanance, consultants and local advisors).
Our team is composed of the board of directors, an Executive Director in the U.S. – Dr. José E. Mosquera – who oversees all aspects of our organization and our advisory board who helps the Executive Director with technical issues and provides support for the fundraising activities. Dr. Mosquera is a highly experienced director of large-scale health initiatives around the world – he has more than 30 years of experience in medicine and general surgery in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors.
The purpose of the Advisory Council is to enhance and strengthen The Roberto Clemente Health Clinic and its ability to serve its beneficiaries and the communities where it works.
Members of the council (Advisors) are senior leaders and experts who voluntarily provide advice, assistance, support, and mentorship to the Clinic’s Board of Directors and CEO. Advisors bring diverse and robust expertise to provide insight and advice on policy and program matters. They play key roles in supporting the Clinic’s success in achieving its mission.
