Meet Enmanuel Sirias, our new coordinator for the Clinic’s Volunteer and Padrino programs. Sirias is 21 years old and was born in Rivas, Nicaragua, where he has lived his entire life.

In recent weeks, there have been many protests around Nicaragua, especially in Managua. Despite the difficult political situation, our service and activities at the Clinic have continued as normal.
Thanks to the generous donations of our supporters, we have been able to provide affordable access to high-quality healthcare and wellness programs, and we will continue to do so.
