New Testimonials from our Visitors
Currenty we have groups of 10 to 20 people visiting the Clinic each month. FIMRC have been working very well for us and they continue bringing more and more volunteers from different colleges and other institutions to practice and learn from our medical team. You can also volunteer overseas with our partner organization FIRMC. Volunteer in Nicaragua is very easy and you do not necessarily need to be in the healthcare industry. We can receive any kind of volunteers; especially those who want to have an international volunteer experience and contribute to the humanitarian world class.

1. "Volunteering at Nicaragua was an absolutely one of the most remarkable experiences! It was an incredible 10 days that everyone should experience sometime in their life. The people in the community were very hospitable, patient, and accepting of us volunteers. In no way did I ever feel awkward or uncomfortable. The children in the community had so much enthusiasm and fervor for life and really brought a smile to our faces as we worked, interacted, and played with them during our stay! It is touching to see how the people of the community who seemed like such strangers at first were sooo close to our hearts in such a short amount of time!"

2. "The experience is one I will never forget. It was amazing to see how different everything including culture, people, medicine and laws are so different. It was a great experience interacting with people in the clinic, children, and people of the community. Everyone was so open and welcoming and eager to help us help them."

3. "FIMRC is making great strides in the community of Limon. Throughout our stay we were able to impact the community in so many ways. The people of Limon are so warm, welcoming, friendly and thankful for the work FIMRC and its volunteers are doing. I am enthusiastic about the future for Limon and FIMRC’s role in bringing aid to the community. I hope to go back there one day and continue with the efforts being made."
